We have all experienced excess pressure of all kinds leading up to and during the holidays, starting just before Thanksgiving and extending until shortly after New Year’s; after that we all take to the couch! I call it a “national psychosis” and everyone agrees with me! There are ways to reduce the pressure and enjoy these valuable times. I can help you identify the pressure points and make positive plans for enjoyment and peace for a change!

How many of you recall the great line from an old Rolling Stones song, “You can’t always get what you want, but if you try sometimes, you just might find, you get what you need”? It’s important to take some time to focus on your wants and needs. Then you can make a plan to alter your habits, a little at a time and achieve very positive change.
